01Acceptance
By creating a Relay Oh account, accessing the Service, or clicking "I agree," you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
02The Service
Relay Oh ("we," "us," "the Service") is a customer-relationship-management product with a built-in AI assistant. The assistant connects to your existing tools through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and can read, write, and take actions on your behalf when you ask it to.
03Beta software
The Service is currently in private beta. It may be incomplete, change without notice, or be unavailable. We provide it "as is" during this period and reserve the right to limit access, change features, or end the beta entirely.
04Accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization. You're responsible for activity under your credentials. Keep them secure and tell us promptly if you suspect compromise.
05Your data
Data you put into Relay Oh — contacts, deals, notes, integrations, prompts — is yours. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Service. We don't sell it. We don't use it to train third-party foundation models. See the Privacy Policy for details.
06The assistant & MCP
The assistant can take real actions in your CRM and in connected tools: updating records, sending messages, scheduling, drafting. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying what the assistant does. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected — treat the assistant as a capable junior teammate, not as an authoritative source.
You can scope what the assistant can access, require confirmations for destructive actions, and revoke MCP connections at any time.
07Acceptable use
Don't use Relay Oh to violate law, harass people, infringe IP, send spam, reverse-engineer the Service, probe or breach our systems, or load data you don't have the right to process. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
08Third-party tools
The Service connects to tools you authorize via MCP and other APIs. Those tools are governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for outages, data loss, or behavior of third-party services.
09Fees & billing
Beta access may be free, free-with-credits, or paid as we communicate to you. We may introduce or change pricing during beta with notice. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
10Intellectual property
We own the Service, including software, designs, and trademarks. You own your data. Feedback you give us is non-confidential and we may use it to improve the Service without obligation.
11Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms. This obligation survives termination.
12Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, current, or fit for any specific decision.
13Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 — whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
14Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising out of your data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
15Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or with reasonable notice for any reason during beta. On termination, you'll have a reasonable window to export your data.
16Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida, unless you have a non-waivable right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
17Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
